Natalie is a 25 year old triathlete who recently qualified to compete at the European Age Group Standard Distance Championships in 2021. She placed 2nd at the 2020 Bournemouth Triathlon, where she won her age group and achieved personal best times in the swim and cycling disciplines. 2020 saw Natalie achieve a personal best at the Kew Gardens 10km race (38:05), win her first ever aquathlon and take victory at her local triathlon club championship. Qualifying for the Isle of Wight NatWest Island games team was also a highlight of her year and she hopes to compete in the postponed event in 2023. Moving up an age category this year means that Natalie will be one of the youngest in her field, but she hopes that a focus on her cycling, alongside working with RMA on her mobility, strength and recovery will help her perform strongly in her first race for GBR.
