If you suffer from pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system, we may advise that an injury rehabilitation programme will be most beneficial for you. We like to help people of all ages whether it be sport or non sport related. Focussing on evidence based practise is important to us, we want to make sure you recover to full strength and return your body to optimum function and physical activity.

Post Operative Rehabilitation:

A rehabilitation program to re-establish joint motion, muscle strength, joint function and biomechanics post surgery, is very important. Whether this be partial or full joint replacement, cartilage or ligament surgery of the knee, ankle, shoulder etc.

While the surgery is performed within hours, the rehabilitation needs many months, potentially up to a year. Throughout this process, it is vital that you progressively and safely increase workloads and stimuli on the repaired joint. This is where we feel our professional advice is most valuable. Doing the right exercises at the right time, with the right balance between not enough and too much exercise can be a bit overwhelming.

We pride ourselves on being good listeners, and do our utmost to keep you focussed and achieving goals month by month.
