Our background in helping people rebuild and overcome injuries gives us that expert knowledge of how the body should be moving, making sure that you are training safely and effectively towards your goals.

Every 1-1 programme is written with you and your body in mind. A thorough consultation and screening is always conducted to ensure that we establish your strengths and weaknesses, and as the programme develops, we re-test and measure you’re improvements, making sure you’re hitting those targets!

Our 1-1 coaching service is normally performed in our private studio but we also see the benefits of taking you outside, if this is something you may like the sound of!
