During a biomechanical running analysis session, we will break down your running technique phase by phase and identify any weaknesses and inefficiencies that could cause you to be a less efficient runner, increase the potential for injury, and of course prevent you from running faster.
Bespoke coaching sessions will be put together spending on what we found during your movement and gait analysis. It will normally be a combination of technique work on the treadmill, strength, activation, mobility, and running drills.
We educate youngsters on good movement patterns, and work on ways to help your child reduce their risk of injury, improve their efficiency and get the most out of activities and sport. We see a lot of youngsters between the ages of 6-14 years old.
