Holly graduated from University of Chichester with a BSc (HONS) in Sports Therapy. Throughout her studies she had the opportunity to work with various sports teams including semi-professional Havant and Waterlooville FC, which involved the team’s promotion to the National League in 2018.
Holly also has over five year’s experience in personal training which has only driven her passion further for fitness and wellbeing, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Holly has combined her knowledge of sports therapy and personal training to provide 1-1 RMA body coaching in the exclusive setting of the RMA studio. Holly delivers tailored programmes which involve strength and conditioning, injury prevention, postural correction, performance, strength and conditioning. As well as assisting others to achieve their targets, Holly played years of Field Hockey for the South of England and was assessed through various England camps before focusing on distance running which she is most passionate about. Her past sporting career has given her the knowledge and understanding that she wants to share with her patients as a therapist and 1-1 body coach.
